Directions
Apply Magnesium Oil to the bottom of the feet daily; this is the best way to get it inside the cells and increase the Mg level in your body. You can also spray your entire body, paying particular attention to any sore area. Let it air dry for best results. After 20 minutes, most of the magnesium ions will be absorbed, and you may rinse the oil off if you feel like it and apply moisturizer to soften the skin.
